CALIGULA estrenó su versión original con libro de Pepe Cibrian Campoy y música de Martin Bianchedi en 1983 en los teatros de San Telmo protagonizada por Cesar Pierri. Hoy 42 años después y en una versión totalmente remozada se vuelve a estrenar tal cual fuese estrenada por sus autores originales. Cuenta la historia del poder absoluto y autocrático encarnado en el personaje de Calígula. Habla sobre la locura, la miseria del pueblo, corrupción, intolerancia y opresión, sobre la búsqueda de lo imposible. Muestra la relación entre dos hermanos Calígula y Drusila que detentan la autoridad máxima sobre un pueblo y un imperio doblegado por el miedo. Y como dice el protagonista de la historia al final de la obra EXISTO y EXISTIRÉ POR LOS SIGLOS DE LOS SIGLOS. PEPE CIBRIÁN CAMPOY
